Amaurulor Village in Remote Region

Surrounded by other small remote villages, Amaurulor is located about 25 miles southeast of Enugu, Nigeria.  It has one public school,

 St. Agnes Elementary.  The school's classrooms also serve as multi-purpose rooms for meetings, religious services, and local events, however, these rooms are in poor condition.  A small market is roughly six miles away.  In addition, the absence of basic human needs has caused an increased death rate of many expectant mothers and their babies, highlighting the lack of medical facilities in this region.
